1. Booking & Payment
- All reservations require a confirmed payment before check-in.
- Prices are subject to change based on demand and availability.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in may be subject to charges.
2. Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out is 11:00 AM.
- Late check-outs may incur additional charges.
3. Guest Responsibilities
- Guests must respect the property and adhere to all rules stated upon check-in.
- Damages to property or furnishings must be reported immediately and may result in additional charges.
- Smoking and pets are not permitted unless stated otherwise.
4. Liability & Security
- Perfect Havens is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.
- Guests are advised to keep valuables secure and follow all safety guidelines.
5. Property Use & Conduct
- Properties are for residential use only; commercial activities or parties are prohibited.
- Any illegal activities will result in immediate eviction without a refund.
6. Amendments & Governing Law
- Perfect Havens reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
- These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria.
